As part of the training program "Communication for Medical Facility Administrators," the first training module, "It's Not About You": Communication as Protection, Connection, and Teamwork, was held on August 8, 2025, at NOVO Medical Center.

The training was attended by 9 administrators from the Charitable Foundation "Center for Medical Innovations," with significant experience at the Center, ranging from two to nearly six years.

This reflects a substantial level of knowledge, skills, and expertise acquired by each team member during their work, which continuously evolves and enhances personal characteristics through dialogue and interaction with visitors of various ages, social statuses, and medical needs.

She has over 20 years of experience in medicine, including managing transformational projects, developing patient-centered models, and advancing public health systems.

A key highlight of the training was the presence of the Director of NOVO Medical Center, Taras Lysak, as an observer rather than a participant. He directly oversees the administrative team of the Center, which comprises approximately 100 staff members. Thanks to his managerial and personal qualities, all employees diligently perform their challenging work, especially during these difficult times for Ukraine, strictly adhering to Patient Service Standards and the Code of Corporate Ethics in interpersonal communication and assistance to people.

Since the training primarily aimed to provide educational content for administrators, Yuliya Huriy, the Chief Administrator of NOVO Medical Center and Head of the Marketing and Communications Department, participated to analyze and understand the team's strengths and weaknesses and to implement new, effective strategies to enhance performance aimed at achieving desired results.

Through the strong collaboration between the administrative team and trainer Maryana Voznytsia, and by developing and implementing new scripts essential for work and patient communication, the training achieved maximum results in understanding and resolving key issues related to administrators' interactions with patients, personal relationships, and adherence to the Center's mission and vision.

As NOVO Medical Center begins a series of training modules for all employees, and the Center's managers are already working on a plan for training medical staff, the Medical Director and gynecologist, Anzhela Dyba, also attended the event as an observer. She directly oversees doctors, radiology technicians, and nurses.

This represents an important moment of engagement, understanding each other's needs, and uniting all aspects of the work process in a synergy of goodwill and mutual support.

Following the completion of the first training module, "It's Not About You": Communication as Protection, Connection, and Teamwork, Maryana Voznytsia thanked all participants for their active involvement, teamwork, and high professionalism, and presented the administrators with personalized certificates of participation.

The second module lies ahead, which will open new opportunities and undoubtedly serve as a catalyst for everyone in achieving goals for improvement, development, and growth.
