Preferential diagnostic examinations and medical consultations are provided to persons with the status of combatants in the presence of a paper or electronic “Certificate of Combatant” (issued since 2014 by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Veterans, the National Police, the National Guard, the State Emergency Service, the Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the State Protection Service, the State Fiscal Service, the Administration of the State Border Guard Service, the State Special Communications Service, and the State Special Transport Service). OR ACCORDING TO THE RELEVANT CERTIFICATE FROM THE UNIT COMMANDER!
The size of the discount is 20% on medical services at the Institution of the Charitable Foundation "Center of Medical Innovations" (NOVO Medical Center)
In order to take part in our discount program for combatants, you MUST:
1. Call the contact center and pre-arrange the possibility, day and time of reception according to NOVO's work schedule.
2. Visit us 20 minutes prior to the appointed time.
3. Provide the NOVO administrator with a passport, identification code, and a paper or electronic copy of a combat participant's ID issued since 2014, and write a corresponding application for discount.

For MRI and CT diagnosis, you must have a doctor's referral.
The program of privileged examinations provides for an appointment for diagnostics without repeated visits for the same examination, except for repeated consultation with a specialist.
